1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the s5 com website located at s5com.org (the "Platform"), creating an account, or using any service offered by s5 com, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the s5 com Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

s5 com reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned at s5 com's discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the s5 com Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the s5 com Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s5 com Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. s5 com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): s5 com may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account Ownership: Your s5 com account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the s5 com Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: s5 com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in bonus arbitrage — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• s5 com reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior in connection with any promotion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s5 com Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the s5 com Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of s5 com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from s5 com.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

The s5 com name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of s5 com. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, s5 com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from software malfunctions, provided that s5 com takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

s5 com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your s5 com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. s5 com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Responsible Gaming

• You fail to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• s5 com is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority, including PAGCOR.
• You request voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, s5 com reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balance in your account. Where termination is not due to your breach, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting s5 com customer support. Account closure requests are subject to resolution of any pending transactions and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to s5 com's customer support team for informal resolution. s5 com will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated mediation process.

If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Amendments to These Terms

s5 com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, s5 com will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the s5 com Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
